It’s a good way to spend your money. Bamboo boards are good wood and you don’t have to waste boards on different trees because some boards are weaker. By this it would help a little bit to the environment and it can help out all the skaters out there who need a board.

Bamboo is one of the most Eco-friendly plants out there, its growth rate is about 40 inch’s a day depending on its soil. Not only does bamboo have an expanded growth rate but the material in which it is made is really durable. Maple on the other hand takes about 40-60 years to fully mature, cutting maple is dangerous to our Eco-system. Being that one tree takes about 40-60 years to fully grow, if many trees are cut down that may damage the Eco-system not only for us but the animals in which need maple trees to survive as their habitat, while bamboo has a fast growth rate more Boards are able to be produced within a 40-60 year period rather than maple in which it has to be matured 40-60 years before it is ready to be cut down. More Boards would be produced within those 40 years rather than how many boards, would ever be produced with the maple tree. Not only would this be creating a bigger profit for the companies that produce bamboo boards, but creating long lasting boards in which the consumer is also satisfied. Bamboo boards are surely the most Eco-Friendly way to go.

Your equipment is so awesome and I would love to be riding for your company. I don’t have to be sponsored to say that this is it! I personally had a bamboosk8 skateboard since December 27 til now and it is still not broken. I can vouch for you guys any time. Here, where I’m living, there are a lot of skaters. I’m not as good as a pro and maybe not the one you’re looking for, but I’m probably the best one here where I skate.  I’d love to win this contest as much as anyone!

All I want to say is that you guys are doing an excellent job and I wish you lots of luck towards the future. Please pick me as a sponsor because I can’t afford skateboards so I don’t skate as much anymore. Plus I don’t have videos yet, but I’m on hookit.com. My user is called Ryan268 for any extra info…

Have you ever felt that you don’t recycle that much? Well let me tell you something, why don’t you try to skate with bamboo sk8 instead of the non-eco-friendly boards out there. Take this essay for advice. Read this and I’m sure you will change your mind about the board you’re using. To begin with, bamboo sk8 is eco-friendly. Next, don’t use a regular non-eco-friendly board because it wastes trees! Lastly, green is an awesome color and it means recycle.

To begin with, USE BAMBOO SKATE!!! Don’t know how many times I have to tell people this… because bamboo is better than wasting our trees. Plus, bamboo is one of the strongest materials on the earth, and what more to say than that a cute little panda that chews on it all day.

Don’t use boards made of wood. The way I see it, if you use non-eco-friendly boards, then you kind of don’t like the earth. If you liter, that’s kind of the same thing as riding a non-eco-friendly board. I can name a lot of people I know that ride non-eco-friendly boards. That’s why if I won, I’d use the prize money to buy my friends bamboo sk8 boards!

What green to me is a very unique color, meaning recycle and always remember skate with bamboo sk8!!!!!

In the shinning earth the bamboo grows,
the eco friendly bamboo grows,
days and days the bamboo grows,
up and up the bamboo grows stronger,

years and years the bamboo grew,
to be stout and strong,
chop chop the bamboos cut down,
to be made into a eco friendly skate board,
long lasting forever strong a bamboo skate board is made.

Bamboo continues to appear under my feet
Let’s face it, bamboo can’t be beat
It’s a grass and grows faster than your garden
I find it better than maple, beg my pardon
Bamboo can make any day go swell
I get so excited it makes me want to yell
Bamboo grows extremely quick
The graphics on the boards are extremely SICK!
Grows 2 feet a day instead of 15 years
Every time I hear bamboo I turn my ears
The stickers are appearing here and there
I swear these decks are going everywhere
Good luck eating the center of a tree
The inside of bamboo is edible, ya see
The economical and environmentally friendly way
Is to skateboard with bamboo everyday!

Thanks for hosting this contest. If I don’t win, I don’t care
This is really just a bunch of facts.
People have asked me about my clear grip tape and bamboo board
I tell them bamboo is unique and the people actually care
I’ve inspired maybe 5 people to buy them but I think that saved lots of chainsaw fuel

I started ActionSportsNow (ASN) out of the love I have for action sports. There isn't a time in my life that I can not remember being on a board and now having the ability to introduce this experience to my children is amazing. We do this because we love it and we love working with small business owners in helping them grow their businesses. Without them, these industries wouldn't have the culture and spirit that they do today!
