The 2012 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, the rawest motocross race in the land.
Motocross is one of the most extreme action sports known to man and this race is the pinnacle of pure motocross. This race has built some of the greatest names in motocross such as Ricky Carmichael, Jeremy McGrath, James Stewart, and Ryan Villopoto. This 12-round event begins at Hangtown in May and ends at Lake Elsinore in September including stops at the most premier motocross race tracks in America. Going through Colorado, Texas, Massachusetts, Washington, New York, Maryland and Michigan these pro riders come together to race in the fiercest of environments with each track presenting it’s own uniqueness. The Pro Motocross Championship began in 1972 when American riders were still learning the basics from our European friends who invented the sport.
