Revolutionizing Wakesurfing with Surf Gate Technology!
The global leader in top-of-the-line water sports has done it again, revolutionizing the way we will wakesurf for years to come. Malibu Boats has unveiled the new wave-making feature at the Red Bull Wake Open in Tampa, FL. This new design allows the user to switch waves with the press of a button and transfer from left to right. Brian Grubb, Malibu team rider, says, “The wave is perfect and big on both sides too. This is the future and it can only be done with Surf Gate.” Prior to Surf Gate, wakesurfing required boaters to empty ballasts on one side of the boat and continuously refill them, this shifted weight and displaced passengers weights accordingly. Surf Gate completely gets rid of that process and allows riders to cross the wave and perform unheard of tricks with ease. Surf Gate will be available on all 2013 Wakesetter Models. The new enhancement to this sport will open many doors for riders and will spark new found interests in many people to come!
