Mullen’s new found skateboarding tricks such as the kickflip, heelpflip, impossible, and the 360 flip has put Rodney at the top of the skating industry. From Gainesville, Florida, Rodney began skateboarding at the age of 10 after a neighbor introduced him to a skateboard. It wouldn’t take long before Rodney was a full fledged skater and started competing in skate events less than a year after he got his first board. To this day, Rodney has been influenced by pro skater Jim McCall and was coached by Bruce Walker, Bruce also coached Kelly Slater in the early years!
